This one takes some patience.  Removing the old lid and baffle is fairly easy.  Remove the rubber tube between the old baffle and the MAF as well.  To remove the air pump hose from the baffle, just pry the teeth of the clamp apart and it pops open.  For the intake air sensor (plugs into a hole in the baffle), I grabbed the plastic piece around the plug with some pliers and just worked it side to side until it popped out.  The grommet comes out easy after that.  Now install the grommet in the new lid and pop the IAT into it.  The larger grommet that came with the setup goes into the larger hole (duh), and then feed the included metal pipe out from the inside, so the lip is on the inside of the lid.

Heat up the rubber tube you took off with a hairdryer, and fit it over the end of the new lid.  Put the clamp on and tighten it.  Now, put the other end over the MAF and tighten it.  You now have everything connected to the car.  Place the lid with the 4 plastic tabs in front of the slots they are to go into.  It doesn't look like they want to fit, but they will.  Push down a bit on the top of the lid, and push each tab down just so it hooks into the slot a little bit.  Now push down and back on the whole lid, it will snap right into place.  You may have to use some force, but I've done it a few times now and the tabs have no sign of stress on them.  Snap the two retaining clips on.  Now give the clamps one last tightening.  Slip the air pump hose over the black pipe that is sticking out and reattach the clamp.  Note, the pipe slides in and out of the airbox fairly easily, but just pull it out all the way and leave it, it doesn't move on its own when driving, so its fine.  Replace the IAT plug and you're ready to go.
